What's this all about?

This is my blog which I am using to document my progress in the different stages of creating my first short film. I will post on this blog to summerise progress overtime and show the different aspects which alter and inspire new ideas or changes I will make.

As of now I have created a page which is dedicated to random ideas which I could potentially turn into a short film. I have now come to the decision that instead of making a short film that with a single plot, I will make a short sketch show. This is something that I havent seen done yet in the form of a short film and going along with the convention of short films being experimenal I feel like this would be a good addition to the short film industry. I will be taking the ideas that I liked but felt like I couldnt expand upon and put them together. I feel like this is a good idea as it will enable me to merge different genres together which I wouldnt be able to do with a generic short film.
